This project was approached to us by the client at an ongoing stage of construction, for the further completion and elevation developement for it. Entry to this Residence is through a slender double height foyer which opens into a triple height puja space in the front while the public and private zones on the two sides. First floor serves as a private zone where bedrooms are placed and Second floor becomes a Re-creational zone with a multi-purpose hall, splash pool and an open terrace. The idea in the elevation was to create a monolithic building massing around it while highlighting a few elements in exposed brick finish in the building, giving it an iconic feel with a touch of modern style of design.
