The Chai Bike is our first product design where the brief of the client was to design an operational vehicle that can be accessed by 1-2 people who can serve tea at a given call. This was a multi-purpose movable retail eco-trike which was particularly designed for local tea vendors. The design was inspired from the Indian cycle Rickshaw but we added a twist by designing the front side with two wheels and the back with one, where the front wheels move staright in the direction while the back wheel controls the change in directions of the movement.
