The design concept for this Residence is derived by moulding the client’s brief of an Iconic, Out-shining building that creates a Landmark in itself. A very compact house which has a play of mass and voids created in the exterior look by elegantly using building elements that blends the grandeur of the building with a modern style of Architecture. Vastu has been critically incorporated in planning.
